City of Plainview issued the following announcement on Feb. 13.
On Monday, February 24th, Covenant Healthcare will conduct free comprehensive cholesterol and heart screenings from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the Plainview / Hale County Health Department (111 E. 10th Street).
On Thursday, February 27th, Cardiologist Dr. Kevin Jones will give a Heart Talk at 12:15 p.m. at the Health Department. Light snacks will be offered and test results should be available at this time.
