Cisco ISD issued the following announcement.
This survey is to understand the attitude and beliefs of the Cisco ISD community towards windmills.
The state of Texas has determined that wind-generated electricity will play an important role in providing renewable electricity but it is not clear whether there is local support for wind turbine farms within Cisco ISD.
CISD wants to wants to give people a chance to tell us their opinions and to better gauge the extent to which the district should work with energy companies which desire to build wind turbine farms.
