City of Plainview issued the following announcement.
Greve will begin her tenure with the City of Plainview on Monday, November 30th.
As the new Director of Human Resources, Greve will be responsible for overseeing the human resources program including recruitment, selection, testing, classification, compensation and benefits.
Most recently, Greve was a Senior Human Resources Consultant for TAG Solutions Inc. She has also served as a Human Resources consultant for Staples, Inc., a Human Resources Generalist for AURA, Inc. and a Human Resources Manager for Children’s Bureau. Furthermore, Greve managed the City of South Gate Westside Community Resource Center, and City’s Youth Employment Program which was recognized for a California Community Partnership Merit Award. Greve received a B.S. in Agricultural Science and a Juris Doctorate from the Universidad de Guadalajara, Jalisco.
“Macrina brings a wealth of experience to the position and welcome her and her family to the community,” says Jeffrey Snyder, City Manager.
Greve and her husband, David have two children – Alana and Theodore.
“I am truly honored to have been selected as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Plainview,” says Greve. “It is a tremendous opportunity to be able to bring my experience and expertise in working alongside a great group of City employees. My family and I are eager to become an intrinsic part of this community.”
