Among the five schools in Mitchell County, Westbrook School ranked second in enrollment numbers with 258 students, while Colorado High School welcomed 205 students and ranked third in the 2021-22 school year.
Colorado Elementary and Middle School is a part of Colorado ISD, which roughly covers schools within Mitchell County with its main office in Colorado City.
In the previous school year, Colorado Elementary and Middle School also had the highest number of students among Mitchell County schools.
