Tia Johnson, who previously starred at Brownfield High School and now plays for the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals, is set to take part in the Division II NCAA Basketball Tournament.
The team starts the tournament as the No. 6 seed, facing off against the third-seeded Colorado Mesa Mavericks.
The opening matchup is scheduled for Friday, March 13 at 11 a.m. at Kitty Magee Arena.
