U.S. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX): 'No member of Congress should agree to fund a federal agency at war with his state and people.'

Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) is leading 14 fellow Texas GOP House members in asking other members of Congress to support a funding freeze for the Department of Homeland Security until substantial action is taken to secure the nation's southern border.
